WELCOME to the online home of the Wellston Community Sports Association, Inc.

We are a not-for-profit Ohio Corporation organized to operate recreational programs and facilities for the Wellston area, including youth basketball, softball, baseball, volleyball, and soccer programs. WCSAI is essentially the privitization of the former Wellston Parks and Recreation Department, although we have not assumed all their facilities and grounds maintenance responsibilities. We are proud to have been able to open and operate the Wellston City Pool for the 2010 summer. The WCSAI will continue to make the pool a seasonal priority in future years.

Our initial plans are to organize and operate all the youth sports programs formerly available in Wellston through the Recreation Department. Our state charter allows us to expand services in the future as time, interest and funding will allow.

The Wellston Community Sports Association, Inc. has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, which will allow financial donations to be used as a tax deduction.

This website is intended to be a primary point of contact and information for Wellston's youth and adult recreation activities, our organization's services, and other leisure and recreation programs under development or future consideration by our association's Board of Directors.

Our goal is to have a yearly event schedule online which will include current game and practice schedules, team rosters, downloadable applications to participate on or coach a team, a schedule of Wellston Community Sports Association, Inc. meetings and more.
